Terms of use

These terms govern your use of repository-setup.digital and enrolment in courses operated by Repository Setup.

Acceptance

By accessing this website or registering for a technical analysis course, workshop, or mentoring session with Repository Setup, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a registration request.

Education only

Repository Setup provides educational instruction in technical analysis. Nothing on this site or in class constitutes personal financial product advice, a recommendation to buy or sell securities, or a promise of trading results. You remain responsible for your own investment and trading decisions.

Enrolment and payment

Course places are confirmed when the required deposit or full fee is received and we send written confirmation. Fees, deposits, and refunds are described on the Rates and Refund pages. Informational pricing on this site does not create a binding offer until we issue a confirmation email.

Intellectual property

Workbooks, pattern atlases, recordings, slide decks, and website content are owned by Repository Setup or its licensors. You may use materials for personal study while enrolled. You may not copy, resell, publish, or teach from our materials without prior written consent.

Conduct

Students must treat tutors and peers respectfully in studio and remote sessions. We may remove a participant who disrupts teaching, shares login credentials for recordings, or misrepresents Repository Setup credentials publicly. Fees for removed participants follow the refund policy where applicable.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Repository Setup excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from trading decisions made after attending a course. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific enrolment is limited to the fees you paid for that enrolment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the State of New South Wales. Courts in New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
