Information we collect

We collect information you submit through forms (name, email, course interest, preferred dates, message content), correspondence you send us, and basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted.

Purpose

We use this information to respond to course enquiries, manage enrolments, send cohort joining details, improve teaching materials, and — only if you opt in — send occasional notes about upcoming intakes.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for accounting or dispute resolution. Enrolment and invoice records are retained for seven years to meet Australian business record obligations. Session recordings are deleted after the access window stated for each course.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for correction, or withdraw marketing consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you believe your privacy has been mishandled.

International transfers

Our primary records are stored in Australia. If a processor outside Australia hosts email or form infrastructure, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection, including contractual safeguards with that provider.
