Refund and cancellation policy

Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel, whether course materials have been issued, and whether sessions have already begun. Australian Consumer Law rights remain unaffected where they apply.

Timeframe for full refunds

Cancel a cohort or weekend workshop in writing more than fourteen days before the first session and we refund tuition paid, including the deposit, minus a AUD 40 administration fee. Mentoring sessions cancelled more than forty-eight hours ahead receive a full session refund or free reschedule.

Partial refunds

Cancellations between fourteen and seven days before a cohort or workshop start receive a fifty percent refund of tuition paid. Inside seven days, tuition is non-refundable unless we cancel the intake or a medical certificate supports your withdrawal.

Non-refundable items

Printed workbooks and pattern atlases already shipped or collected are non-refundable. Recording access already unlocked for a cohort is non-refundable on a pro-rata basis after week two of Foundation Chart Reading.

Deposits

The AUD 250 seat deposit is credited toward tuition. It is refundable under the full-refund timeframe above. If you transfer to a later intake more than fourteen days before start, the deposit rolls forward once without fee.

Work already started

Once a cohort has held its first live session, refunds are limited to unused mentoring bundles or unused intensives that have not begun. Mid-course withdrawals for Foundation after week one do not receive a tuition refund except where Consumer Law requires otherwise.

No-shows

Missing a session without notice does not create a refund. Remote dial-in links remain available for recorded catch-up within the stated access window.

Rescheduling

You may transfer once to a later published intake of the same course without charge if you notify us at least fourteen days before start. Mentoring may be rescheduled once at no charge with forty-eight hours’ notice; later changes may forfeit the session fee.

When we cancel

If Repository Setup cancels an intake, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to the next equivalent course. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation you arranged independently.

Refund process and method

Email hello@repository-setup.digital with your name, course, and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten business days.
